Origination Manager Gas&Power

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics or Business Administration (Master degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar positions preferable in energy business
• Advanced Excel skill required
• Advanced quantitative, forecasting and modelling skills
• Strong IT applications skills on all Microsoft Office Application
• Fluent in Turkish and English,
• Strong communication skills, analytic thinker, high social competence, able to work under pressure, compatible
• No military service obligation or postponed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

GAS

• Developing gas origination opportunities
  
• Executing and developing ONGWM (Organized Natural Gas Wholesale Market) operation of EPIAŞ.
  
• Sales activities in wholesale market and Underground Storage (UGS) sales.       
• Executing power plants sales and contract management
• Monitoring regulatory developments and sharing market intelligence.
  
• Ensuring contract management design and new product design
  

POWER

• Developing power origination opportunities and following related day-to-day operations
  
• Providing OTC market access for the purpose of hedging open positions in coordination with Supply, Marketing and Trading Vienna.
  
• Managing and expanding OMV Enerji Ticaret A.Ş.´s balancing group.
  
• Expanding energy management services
  
• Executing Intraday Market Operations
  
• Following existing day-ahead and OTC markets as well as the upcoming forward and futures markets within EPIAŞ.
  
• Monitoring regulatory developments and sharing market intelligence.
