QUALIFICATIONS

ONCOTECH MEDICAL SYSTEMS, one of the fast-growing international company of health sector in Turkey, is looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

5+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position preferably in Healthcare industry.

Professional English capabilities is a must.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)

SMMM-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is must

Accounting in tax planning and management, cost accounting, standard costing, merger, acquisition, due diligence, valuation, internal control, auditing, treasury.

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, accounting and financial reporting software.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company and acting as a key member with the board members;

Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

Ensure credibility of Finance by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive and details cost analysis and control system.

Direct and oversee all aspects of the banking, Finance and Accounting functions of the organization.

Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.

Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.

Proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged and complicated operation and financing environment.

Manage financial capital, communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions to managing director.

Lead the financial evaluation of mergers and acquisition opportunities. Decide on investment strategies by considering investment risk, cash and liquidity risks.
