Quality Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in similar position
• Fluent in English
• Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Knowledge about Management Systems (Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, Food Safety Management System, HACCP, Information Security Management etc.)
• Knowledge about laboratory test methods, analysis and measuring devices
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

We are looking for a 'Quality Engineer’ who will work for Yıldız Holding Önem Gıda Factory in Topkapı.A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.  

• Supports deploying of Onem Gida Quality strategy, governance and goals through Product Group specific projects and targets
• Supports ensuring that quality / hygiene control plans are established for production site
• Supports ensuring consumer safety and product quality
• Prepare and submit required quality reports for the factory
• Supports ensuring that efficient use of the laboratory methods to provide high product quality
• Maintain and audit purchased raw-materials, semi-finishing and product as quality standarts
• Determine the technical problems within product, process and equipment and provide corrective actions
• Supports ensuring result of the laboratory analysis are applied within business
• Leading Customer Complaints process
• Adopting way of working as Continuous Improvement in order to improve and increase effectiveness methods and techniques in practice
• Supports increase quality awareness of all employees
