QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Xone Superyacht Group our yacht management services are tailored to each Owner’s specific needs and can include operations support, technical management, safety management, security management, crew administration, emergency response, insurance administration, creation of a robust offshore crew employment structure, financial management, and technical consultancy. 

For our operations in Göcek, Xone Superyacht Group is seeking additional team members to join the Management & Crew team. 

Responsibilities include:

• Following daily yacht operations in communication with yacht manager

• Monitoring and reporting the flag registry and survey dates of the yachts on our fleet

• Managing and archiving of job applications and crew requests

• Accompany to flag survey and yacht visits

• Assisting to General Manager and Operation Supervisor 

• Managing of Quality Management System procedures, forms, and checklists

• Assisting to the preparation of ISM and Mini ISM documents

We aim to recruit the suitable candidates who:

• Preferably a graduate of Maritime or Yachting Faculty

• Have effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Valid driving license (B degree)

• Living or willing to live in the nearby area of Gocek

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance

• Is able to work 5 days a week

• Is a team player

• Is able to multi-task, identify potential problems and propose solutions

• Have a positive, energetic attitude for a fast-paced environment

• Have good interpersonal skills and self-confidence

• A self-starter with a natural motivation to start and complete tasks
