QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a fast-growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Supply Chain team we are looking for a Customer Service & Logistic Specialist.

 

What Do We Expect:

 

  • Provides information and build good communication skills between Ontex departments & KAM’s & direct customers
  • Creates sales orders coming from customers / KAM’s and adapts to ERP system (SAP) for both Domestic and Export customers
  • Checks orders according to price, quantity, dates, discounts, weight, volume, special demands
  • Prepares / controls export documents (Invoice, PL, ATR, EUR1, COO, B/L, CMR) with related parties (customer, broker, forwarder, bank, insurance & inspection companies)
  • Books rebate/return invoices, create sale prices to system
  • Manages all OTIF (On Time In Full) calculations and reports
  • Analysis and controls CS & Logistic related master data in SAP system
  • Drives change management through the implementation of new processes/projects
  • Supports MEAA plants CS & Logistic teams
  • Involves special projects like Russia, Ethiopia, China or any other MEAA (Middle East, Africa, Asia) plants operation
  • Able to work with different countries and different cultures
  • Assist his/her manager for CS & Logistic responsibilities
  • To prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to her/his manager and management

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Business administration degree or equivalent,
  • Must have experience in. 3 years related with and logistics and customer service department.
  • Good PC skills and SAP (SD Module, MM & WMS is plus) knowledge,
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral,
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal professionally and confidently with all levels of associates
