Import Export Specialist

We are a fast-growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Supply Chain team we are looking for a Import Export Specialist on a fixed-term contract.

What Do We Expect:

•         Checks specific Raw Material (RM) requirements in SAP, converts purchasing requests into Purchase Orders (PO) based on the date estimates in the system
•         Enters the date & qty confirmations from suppliers into the SAP system and keeping it up-to-date
•        Tracks PO’s, importation processes, documents, shipments to the factory / external WH
•         Controls prices in system and invoices physically submits them to the accounting and finance department after receiving approval from the relevant parties.
•         Follows importation custom clearing process together with custom broker and provides related documents / informations to custom broker
•         Coordinate external 3PL warehouse good receipt timing for these products communicating with RM supplier, customs broker, shipping line, forwarders & 3PL WH
•         Manage stock situation in 3PL WH for exporting them as soon as possible by communication with export Ontex plant, 3PL WH and forwarders
•         Tracks PO’s, exportation processes, documents, shipments from the factory / external WH to customer

Who You Are:

•         Bachelor degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management or Economics
•         At least 3 years of import & export operation experience
•         Competent in MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,
•         Ability to work with SAP ERP system (especially SD & MM modules) and MS Office
•         Excellent command of written and verbal English
•         Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment
