Accounting and Finance Specialist

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with major in Accounting and Finance
• 4-5 years relevant work experience in handling AR/AP, reconciliation and Accounting ledgers.
• Experience of using SAP is more preferable
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good MS Office skills
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
• Interests in starting career in reputable multinational container shipping company
• Ability to work in multinational environment

İŞ TANIMI

• Report directly to Head of Finance/Accounting Department
• Carrying out periodic reconciliations with customers and vendors
• AP/AR invoices filing
• Collection of payments has high priority
• Overdue & Payment follow up
• Perform in weekly payment activities
• Support HQ for banking transaction
• Support department head in month end closing activities, reporting and local tax issues
• Bookkeeping
• Monitor the overdue outstanding
• Perform the weekly customer refunds
