QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service with General Qualifications

We seek candidates who are available to work in Istanbul with qualification of customer focused, enthusiastic about international business and will enjoy helping customers with their cargo shipments from all over the world.

•  Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferable in Maritime Faculty.
•  Min 2 years working experience in a shipping agency and/or freight forwarder
•  Excellent command of both written and spoken English
•  Strong computer skill , good command of MS office applications 
•  Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills
•  Strong communication skills ( oral and written , superb telephone skills are a must and teamwork spirit)
•  Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
•  Able to work under pressure
•  No military obligation for male candidates
