Front End Developer - Part Time (Remote)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must. Preferred fields include but not limited to Computer Engineering, Master’s degree in related fields is a plus,
• At least 4 years of experience in front-end web application development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
• Working experience on the BigCommerce platform is a must,
• Familiarity with API development, WebSocket in frontend applications,
• Knowledge and experience in data integration with external web services, such as SOAP, REST, or Graph QL APIs, is recommended,
• Knowledge of modern CSS concepts such as Grid CSS and Flexbox. Experience with Vue.js or React.js is a plus,
• Experience with Salsify PIM platform is a big plus,
• Experience with JIRA or an equivalent project management tool is a big plus,
• Proficiency in Professional English is a must,
• Excellent proficiency of MS Office Suite,
• Passionate about testing and clean code,
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
• Ability to manage workload and conflicting priorities to meet deadlines,
• Project management, multitasking, and analytical thinking skills,
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,

Duties and Essential Position Functions:

• Design and develop software products based on coding standards,
• Evaluating test results and fixing defects,
• Develop new user-facing features,
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
