REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a "Project Engineer" with the following characteristics to be employed at our ORAU Karacabey factory.

• University degree in Engineering Departments (Preferred Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
• Speaks Turkish & English fluently is a must. (Knowing French is an advantage ).
• Two years of experience in  engineering positions, preferable in project department and in automotive industry,
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
• High analytical mind,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Increase the product & process feasibility by teamwork with Product Designer
• Project Planning with Plant and Global functions
• PSW Coordination with OEM and within plant
• Design Change Management , BOM
• RFQ feasibility and study
• Prototype production 
• Create work instructions
• Deviation Process
• Execute the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as key point of contact other parts of organization and the customer for the project.
