Orient Group Ltd, is a freshly founded company in Istanbul. Our Major business field is the food area. We are brand owners of two brands, we are targeting to grow our business by reaching to more supplier who would accept to manufacture the products under our brand, next is to start promoting our products throughout the main marketing streams to generate sales and orders.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Assistant and representative to help us expand our clientele and expand our products family. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to do two-directions responsibility. 

First, is to focus on communicating with domestic companies to negotiate the terms of bringing new products to our family of products.

The second will be to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

This includes creating online B2B accounts and communications by emails, phones, social networks, and any other possible means.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience domestic and international trade developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, and suppliers from the first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help to find domestic suppliers and boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

The key requirement in the candidate:

  • need to be expert communicators
  • Excellent domestic Market knowledge 
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
  • The ability to contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Superb negotiation capabilities
  • Extensive experience with B2B, creating accounts and profiles for the company and launch sales and marketing plans through B2B
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Duties of the Candidate:

  • Establish communication with domestic manufacturers to gain agreements for private labeling the products
  • Negotiating the price and comparing price with quality with different suppliers.
  • Helping to coordinate for making the product's design, by working with designers.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Finding new business opportunities 
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Assists commercial directors and works as a member of a cohesive team
  • Presenting our company to potential clients
  • Writing reports


  • bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a subject related to commerce, MBA preferred
  • any other education help 


  • Proficiency in English or Arabic Plus Turkish 


  • 1+ years in the same scope of the position
