Talent Management and Culture Manager

We are looking for a "Talent Management and Culture Manager" position for one of our multinational customers which is operating in FMCG sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understand business priorities in order to create plans that deliver the talent base that is needed now and in the future to deliver against business goals.
  
• Determine future talent, capability and diversity needs by utilising predictive data analysis and accurate talent forecast planning.
  
• Build and maintain close connections with Global and Europe HR Centre of Excellence teams
  
• Provide professional expertise and coordinate the talent review and succession planning processes.
  
• Create an organisational environment where performance delivery fuels personal progression.
  
• Train and coach Line Managers to manage performance on an ongoing basis and to have effective, honest and challenging performance conversations.
  
• Can apply employee insights from various sources including employee surveys to support Line Managers in developing and driving targeted interventions / initiatives to improve engagement and drive business results.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in talent review processes and strategic capability planning
  
• Able to assess organizational capability needs and deploy global programs and tools
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and good at senior stakeholder engagement
  
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in organisations with vigorous talent management processes and practices
