Country Manager (Sales&Marketing)

• The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA Degree, however a business administration graduate with technical sales experience will qualify.
• Technical selling and marketing experience (2 - 5 years ideally). Knowledge of automotive or industrial environment will be preferred.
• Have knowledge about import/export operations and processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command of English. The knowledge of French would be a bonus.
• Able to travel abroad frequently.
• Customer enthusiasm and focus

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage Dealers to achieve objectives and actions for improvement.
• Build key customer relationships. Develop and maintain good relations with clients. Identify any threats and opportunities.
• Identify the key responsible people at our dealers/clients and be aware of future projects that could involve the company.
• Coordination of all activities abroad regarding sales, marketing, operations of the dealers/clients.
• Develop the business in countries in her/his responsibility: prospect for new opportunities (new customers, new products, future projects, etc.).
• Start, develop and support the increase of sales for one or more major(s) account(s).
• Study customer specifications and negotiate for biddings in collaboration with dealers.
• Direct field teams of dealers to meet their targets, to organize local marketing activities in their regions, to support dealers in their area of responsibility.
• Make sure that effective dealer stock management is in place.
• Work closely with her/his team of 2 for continuous development and efficiency of operation and motivation.
