OSKIM is founded in 1996 and located in BURSA Kayapa who is exporting 96% of his sales. We are dealing with Automotive Industry from foundation and Railway Bogie Parts and Tailor Made Solution for Industrial Projects since 2014. We are searching for new collogues to support us in new projects, business development and marketing to achieve OSKIM's strategic goals and new era of the world with Industry 4.0, sustainable, electrified and digitalized world.

• I would love to make business analysis related with CRM, improve the CRM applications, reporting & follow-up the CRM process
• I enjoy dealing with market research and closing client meetings with new projects
• I am target, result and solution oriented, diligence, and analytical thinking are my main features
• My second native language is English and I would love to learn another one
• I love dealing with numbers and data
• I have a good knowledge on MS Office and ERP Softwares
• I intend to work in the area about Business Development,  Business Intelligence, Decision Support Systems, Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing
• I believe that there is no age for learning
• I can adapt comfortably to change
• I have strong communication&presentation skills at all levels 
• I am an Engineer with min. 5 years experience in related Industries 
• I have my goals and I want to talk about them
