NİTELİKLER 

• Bachealor’s degree from reputable university of engineering backgroud,
• Min. 3 years experince in Automotive industry,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills both local and global cross cultural, 
• Sufficient knowledge of IATF 16949:2016,  ISO/TS 22163:2017 knowledge is a plus
• Good skills of verbal and written English, 
• No obstacles for international travelling, 
• No Military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervision of new product development project plan- APQP Process
• Project planning and risk analysis accomplishment
• Supporting Implementation of supplier quality improvement projects related with new product development project plan
• Plan, perform and report initial samplings
• Coordination with other project related departments (quality, production, logistics,etc.)
• Supervision of PPAP process together with quality department
• Following and reporting customer oriented requirements  
• Lead continuous improvement activities via Lean Tools and IATF 16949 Core Tools
