Group Treasury Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

Group Treasury Manager who will work under the Directorate of Finance at the Central Treasury of OTI Holding,

• Ownership of treasury policies and procedures. Preparation of reports for the Board related to Treasury policy / issues,
• Manage and control FX and interest rate exposures, implement any necessary hedging strategy and associated accounting under the OTI Holding standards,
• Be responsible for continuous process improvements and efficiencies within the treasury function, participating in wider central finance team projects and activities,
• Supervision of surplus funds investment including money market deposits and funds,
• Day to day management of group FX exposures, including rolling transactional exposure hedge plan, loan portfolio hedging and supervision of FX dealing,
• Management of the Group’s debt program and intercompany loan portfolio,
• Support negotiation of facility documentation for debt, FX and other facilities,
• Management of group FX facilities, ISDA documentation and related reporting,
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of treasury related cash flow and liquidity forecasts,
• Support / advise overseas business units with regard to Treasury and banking issues,
• Management of the centralised Group Treasury team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, accountancy or equivalent, 
• Having minimum 10 years of treasury experience is a must,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments,
• Knowledge of treasury software expertise a plus,
• Demonstrated strong project management skills,
• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Interested in process improvement,
• Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills,
• Experience leading, coaching and developing staff.
