• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience on internal audit, audit, tax, consultancy, controlling, M&A, business development or project management
• Having a CIA or being CIA candidate is a plus
• Solid knowledge on audit, internal audit, business and management theories, concepts and techniques
• Awareness about finance, accounting, internal control, risk management and information technologies
• No travel restrictions, willingness to travel up to %40 annually, mostly in Turkey
• Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
• Flexible, enthusiastic and team-player abilities with positive and coachable personality
• Go-getter attitude and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
• Having analytical and problem-solving skills
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Job Description

• Performing internal audit and consulting activities to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes
• Performing interviews and data analysis to assess internal control design and transactions
• Completing pre-designed audit programs, risk-control matrixes and other documentation required
• Providing value-added recommendations and internal control practices for the audit findings
• Presenting the audit findings in a well-drafted and understandable manner
• Preparing internal audit reports according to internal audit work results
• Involving special investigations
• Managing and keeping the internal audit database and tools up-to-date
• Follow up the action plan progress and ensure that the recommendations are implemented timely
