We're looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Software Engineer with experience creating robust, scalable, secure and user-friendly infrastructure. As an engineer, you will work on projects that directly impact the experience of thousands of patients every day, spread across many parts of the world.

We started Ouva out of the passion for combining great design and innovative technologies to advance healthcare experience. With strong partnerships, contracts and our new office in ODTU Teknokent CoCozone Ankara, Turkey we are ready to bring on board an inspiring software engineer.

What You'll Do:

You will be designing and developing server-side components and web interfaces that are part of the Ouva ecosystem. Your solutions will make a significant impact in many areas of healthcare optimization: patient safety, hospital workflow, check-in, waiting, wayfinding, and more.

You will:

• Design, develop and deploy backend services to deliver realtime notifications, metrics, configuration panels
• Build and operate infrastructure, toolset and testing pipelines
• Develop reusable code and libraries for future use
• Develop APIs to integrate with other healthcare infrastructure
• Implement best infosec and DevOps practices

Who You Are:

• You are proficient in a back-end programming language like Python, Go, and/or JavaScript, etc.
• You understand front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Django
• You are experienced with modern infrastructure and toolsets
• You understand accessibility and security compliance for user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  
• You care about sound engineering practices like continuous delivery and automated testing
• You are autonomous and excited to keep up with current practices
