Job Description

• Lead the paid digital campaigns from strategy and planning to optimization, management, and reporting.
• Develop integrated marketing and data-driven strategies for campaigns.
• Identify and anticipate business opportunities based on the integration and interpretation of consumer trends, competitive activity, and retail trends.
• Plan workflow for digital marketing and lead generation in partnership with eCommerce team.
• Define, test, and build new digital opportunities.
• Identify best practices for audience targeting e-mail, SMS and push strategy and digital channel measurement.
• Create testing processes that ensure quality.
• Ensure successful strategy, implementation, and maintenance of all digital marketing programs.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including operational processes and workflows.
• Collect and analyze global market information, drawing conclusions on market trends and customer dynamics, and defining opportunities for the brand.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, social media, visual, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the brand and creative vision, merchandising strategies and products.
• Work with internal and external teams and partners across regions.
• Plan & execute global 360° digital marketing plans.
• Partner and work with local partners and agencies to ensure briefs are followed, campaigns are created, and deadlines are followed.
• Create occasional digital marketing campaigns for important dates and periods.
• Follow the KPIs of eCommerce and work with the team to drive more sales.
• Compile budget tracking documents for specific campaigns & manage billing/invoices if needed.

Skills

• Experience in retail digital marketing and/or eCommerce (min. 3 years)
• Preferred experience in women’s fashion, retail, or agency.
• Degree from a related department
• Previous experience managing partner relationships (e.g., retailer, agency, supplier).
• Knowledge of digital marketing toolsets
• Ability to balance business and brand considerations in both big-picture and day-to-day aspects.
• A strong team player and a self-starter – collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic to drive teams to results.
• An entrepreneurial and influential mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Global fashion knowledge
• In-depth understanding of women’s fashion landscape, competitors, and trends
