Job Description

·         Overall project and client management especially in technology industries & management levels

·         Administrating the database management for the related assignments

·         Preparing client and interview reports and following up the whole assignment process

·         Active involvement with the business development process

·         Making sure that company, team and personal targets are met within the required standards

·         Having good understanding of technical skills

·         Following both technology & recruiting trends and insights

·         Managing all recruitment related activities on social media & recruitment platforms and generate innovative ideas to reach out to the right talents

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a team member who can relate to our corporate values. Our employees are not followers but leaders. For this role, the successful candidate should:

·         Have BA/ BS degree from a reputable local or international university

·         Have at least 3 years recruitment experience especially for Technology department preferably in HR consultancy companies

·         Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to build relationships

·         Desire to be a part of an extensive network of professionals in all sorts of businesses

·         Have excellent project and client management skills with the aim of maintaining the overall quality of the service provided from start to finish

·         Have strong entrepreneurial skills with adherence to ethical and moral conduct in all relations

·         Have self-motivated and result-oriented personality

·         Carry a strong sense of team spirit and have a positive attitude,

·         Have “can-do” approach and strong problem-solving ability

·         Have sound knowledge of MS applications

·         Have an excellent command of English

·         Have a good amount of knowledge on IT recruitment processes

·         Have an extensive network is a plus
