Maintenance Engineer ( İnegöl / Bursa)

We are looking "Maintenance Engineer (Bursa / İnegöl) " for our international client in packaging industry.

Job Description;

• Maintenance Engineer is responsible for implementation of all Maintenance and Installation processes of the machines in the Plant in a correct way. 
• Arranging planned maintenance of all production machines weekly, monthly and annually 
•  Preparing and implementing of projects including new production machines, energy saving, cost reduction, exc.
•  Organizing trainings of electric and mechanical topics.
•  Organizing maintenance team to deal with machine errors as quick as possible and preventing that are not occurring again. 
•  Maintain budget in right way to prevent over exceeding by finding alternative solutions to faults or supply cost effective parts. 
•  Making contact with foreign technicians and machine suppliers to exchange comments about new projects, machine faults, exc.
•  Responsible of box erecting machine process.
•  Ensuring coordination with external outsource companies
•  To be responsible for the maintenance budget. 
•  Planning and doing investement of plant   

Qualification; 

• University degree with Engineering background preferably Electrical-Electronics Engineering, 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance, 
• Good Planning and Organizational skills and team player, 
• Strong communication skills and customer oriented, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, 
• Knowladge of PLC Programme (Simatic S7, S5, RS logix 5000 and other PLC)experience in installation and troubleshooting of machineries is required, 
• Ability to motivate, manage and lead the maintenance team to achieve targets and goals, 
• TPM knowledge (Predictive, preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance management)
• Automation and Robotic (at least) knowledge, having an ''Energy Manager Certificate''
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic knowledge will be an asset 
• B Class Driving License, no obstacles for domestic and international business travels,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
