We are looking for Recruitment Consultancy Director for our Istanbul Office.
 
Qualifications:

• 10+ years of recruitment experience within different sectors
• Consultative sales experience
• Needs to have superb new business development and excellent networking skills
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels
• Must be target-driven and have a proven ability to achieve and supersede sales quotas.
• To be able to provide truly consultative and value-added recruitment solutions and capable of developing strong client relationships.
• Intelligent and articulate
• Excellent listening skills
• Energetic character

Job Description:
 
As Recruitment Consultancy Director, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and consultants to ensure we provide the highest quality service offering in the market. The aim is to develop and manage recruitment teams within different business lines. You’ll be measured against KPI’s to ensure we drive our performance and maintain our level of service to customers.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts - build strong relationships and exceed client expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Candidate attraction, engagement and retention through superior service levels
• Increasing sales through proactive account management.
• Attend client and candidate meetings as required.
• Managing candidate's performance and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that clients and candidates are consistently satisfied.
• Delivering against service level agreements.
• Working towards key performance targets.
