We are looking for a “Strategic Planning and Business Development Manager” for our global business partner in retail sector.

REQUIREMENTS

Have BA/ BS degree in Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities,

Have at least 5 years of work experience,

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to build relationships,

Having relevant experience in marketing, consulting is a plus,

Have advanced verbal and written knowledge of English,

Have taken an active role in technology projects and is experienced in project management,

Preferably knowledgeable in process modeling and project

Have strong Excel reporting and analysis skills,

Have strong PowerPoint Presentation skills,

Ability to conduct detailed data analysis (market, sales, customer) and determine actions based on analysis,

Extremely diligent with a high attention to detail,

Desire to work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment,

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with senior leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Aid in developing plans that are in keeping with the expectations and goals of the company,

Collaborate closely with the market research team and carry out separate research to support the production of market and competition intelligence,

Assist all stages of business development activities, such as growing market, the creation of new channels, increased profitability, the acquisition of brands, and digital transformation, etc.· Create financial models and presentations to assess new opportunities,

Create use-case models and capitalize on chances presented by digitalization,

Establish measures for efficient company performance management, participate actively in high-priority corporate projects, and work with senior and middle management.,

Assist strategy development process, and ensure that the strategy is translated into operational priorities, KPIs, goals and initiatives and cascaded within the organization,

Ensure that business plans are consolidated, synchronized, and implemented.

Assist in the strategy plan's implementation and coordinate strategic performance assessments,

Fulfill stakeholder demands for company presentations and reports.

Participate in networking events, seminars, and conferences.
