We are looking for a "Talent Acquisition & Career Management Manager" for our client who is one of the leading insurance company in Turkey.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 7 years experience in HR department ( recruitment, talent management, assesment center),
• Excellent command of English,
• Experienced in mass recruitment and also administrative & managerial roles,
• Experienced in stakeholder management,
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, across all levels,
• Strong negotiation skills,
• Good at analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Self-motivated and competent in learning, results driven,
• Preferably having the assessment center practitioner certificate,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take active role and coordinate recruitment processes both sales & head office,
• Develop, and support talent acquisition & attraction strategy,
• Coordinate all aspects of operational recruiting (vacancy briefing, advertising, sourcing, interviews and offer negotiation) executing pro-active sourcing strategies aimed at generating a candidate flow that meets recruiting goals.
• Execute the process of internal and external job advertisements, social media postings, and also manage external recruitment agencies,
• Manage Interview, assesment, test & reference processes,
• Manage career, promotion and transfer processes both for sales & head Office
• Manage rotation & sourcing processes,
• Develop activities and recruitment programs with related universities to support employer brand works,
• Coordinate & communicate with line managers for current hiring needs and to forecast future hiring needs,
• Manage Assessment Center applications both for recruitment and promotion process,
• Lead and coach Recruitment & Career Management team.
