Die Casting Engineer

• Will be able to live in Bursa
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Metallurgy and Material Engineering, Technical Faculties or similar fields,
• Min. 3 years manufacturing experience in automotive industry
• Knowledge in mold design & maintenance activities
• Knowledge in welding and assembly process knowledge
• Knowledge in HPDC Aluminum injection process
• Good knowledge of Autocad, Catia V5 and CAD/CAM applications
• Fluent level of English
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinate and successfully implement a tooling maintenance schedule with the regular tracking of progress
• Part of the team responsible for keeping drawings and design modifications up to date.
• In case of failure, collect information, create action plans to eliminate possible causes of the problems
• To evaluate each production state of the tooling and create meetings with the team (Quality, Production, Engineering);
• To Manage tool life control by scheduling preventive maintenance in advance
• To Monitor all mold maintenance, approve document fills,
• Final approval of maintenance performed by the die maintenance team
• Manage indicators for breaks, line stops, modifications, maintenance of tools
• Manages technical documentation: reception, updating, archiving, spare parts and wear
• Contributes budget activities with related process
