Job Description:

• Contributing to the realization of the company's economic goals.
• To check the accuracy and conformity of all import documents (invoice, TIR Carnet, T1, T2, circulation certificate, etc.) delivered by the transporters.
• Preparing the work order that will be the basis for the import declaration and forwarding it to the customs consultant.
• Paying import invoices through the My Treso system.
• Checking all commission and expense invoices of import declarations and forwarding them to the Accounting Department. (Checking the AS 400 system, excel and printouts.)
• Making customs tax payments and forwarding the receipts to the accounting.
• Obtaining the necessary permissions for some parts from official institutions.
• Working with the customs broker to define customs tariffs for new parts to the AS400 system.
• Preparing daily and weekly tables and reports related to import transactions.

Criterias & Expected Skills:

• University degree from economy, business administration or social science majors
• Min 2 years of experience preferably in customes operations with good knowledge of related legislation
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Advanced level of english, french is an asset
