We are seeking a solution-oriented HR Digital Development and Projects Responsible with technology acumen and solid business understanding with previous experience in engaging medium to large scale HR transformation projects.
This role will be a crucial actor in improving both for HR function and employee experience through newest technologies and digital solutions focusing on, but not limited to Workday. The candidate is expected to partner and interface with all levels across the organization to guide them as an advisor on best-practice solutions and how the organization can benefit from going digital by people analytics, big data, HR portals.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. With an ability to take large and complex projects and breaking them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Multi-tasking, multiple stakeholder management, ability to handle multiple problems simultaneously, high judgement, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential behaviors for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manages and supports for new HRIS project such as adaptation of business process, testing, go-live and trainings of the project
- Manages cases of related countries in Group Renault HR System (People@Renault – Workday as the foundational expertise area), answers to local case managers and point of contact for Group Technology and Business Center
- Manages ticketing tool, help update HR systems in case of need
- Approves for HRIS such as People@Renault - Workday, HR local systems and HR databases.
- Supports for digital optimization of HR process
- Supports HR team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help with/ influence changes to the operations, process or programs
- Supports to update HRIS for loading of data and new requirements in case of legislation changes
- Monitors all the enhancements related HRIS as Data processing and security responsible of Human Resources
- Animates the Case managers in country ensuring proper update and usage of the local knowledge base
- Regularly measures the satisfaction of the end users on the support you bring in country
- Experiments emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant fields.
- Experience in HR transformation and HR life-cycle processes.
- Functional, current working knowledge of Workday, Bilin-Humanist is preference
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Proven track record of delivering results and impact
- Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
- Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up and down the organization
- Commitment to the organization’s new way of working
- Experience in agile methodology
- Fluent English Knowledge is a must, knowledge of French is preference
