Job Description:

• Certified Public Accountant, 
• Having knowledge of uniform chart of accounts, tax legislation and practices
• Having carried out tax audit processes in audit companies or experienced in tax audits, 
• Having knowledge of legislation related to Institutions, Income, Tax Procedure, Stamp Duty, SCT and VAT laws, 
• Able to support tax audits Competent in resolving disputes with tax authorities and controllers 
• Expert in tax risk management, R&D incentive management and discount applications 
• Knowledge of reduced corporate tax applications within the scope of investment incentive certificate 
• Experienced in transfer pricing implementation and processes 
• Able to act as a consultant on all tax related matters 
• To follow the changes in tax legislation, to adapt the changes to the company 
• Able to manage all direct and indirect tax matters 
• External tax report preparations, tax office writings, etc. able to support 
• Experienced in overseas VAT refund processes, 
• Experienced in transactions with tax offices, 
• Able to use SAP program and MS Office applications effectively and have good excel knowledge 
• Analytical thinking, high reasoning power, prone to teamwork and strong human relations.

Criterias & Expected Skills

• University degree from economy, business administration or social science majors
• Min 4 years of experience preferably in tax operations with good knowledge of related legislation
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Advanced level of English, French is an asset
