Position Summary:
To provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients and carry out day to day IT tasks. Network planning, design, implementation, administration and help desk support.

Typical Duties:
- Manage daily network operations

- Systems planning for WAN, LAN, Telephony, Internet/Intranet and wireless.

- Project Management (i.e leading ERP Implementation to OZ Optics Turkey)

- Manage desktop publishing and websites
- Single Point of Contact for all IT Related Tasks in OZ Turkey

- Manage IT documentation

- Collaborate and communicate with other departments and manager to find the needs and propose solutions

- Handling and negotiating maintenance contracts

- Planning future growth, expansion and upgrades

- Hardware/Software training if needed

- Provide training to computer users if needed.

Education:
Minimum undergraduate degree from a 4 year university

Experience:
- At least 5 or more years in IT with solid technology background.

- Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Remote Desktop Services,

- Implementation of Group Policy, Application Program Deployment, Data Backups, Disaster Recovery.

- Troubleshooting of HP, DELL, Lenovo desktops, laptops, servers and network security.

- Ability to clearly express ideas, observations, and recommendations, both verbally and in writing, proficiency in the English language an asset.

- Ability to effectively interact with others on technical and administrative matters.

- Able to stay calm and focused while working in a fast-paced environment.

- Good documentation
