QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:
Responsible for coordination of all Warehouse-Shipping-Receiving Activities in OZ Optics Turkey Factory with related people. This position has important interactions with many stakeholders (Planning, Production, Logistics, Customer, Quality, Accounting, and OZ Optics Canada) to ensure production continuity and inbound/outbound shipment accuracy. 

Typical Duties:

- Organization and planning of the warehouse and stockroom daily operation activities
- Preparing/Giving direct/consumable materials to Production as per Work Orders coming from Planning Department and consumable requests from Manufacturing

- Issuing materials (Shipment Receiving and Production Issuing) in the system and ensuring physical stock is in line with the recorded stock in the system

- Receiving and confirmation of the inbound shipments both physically and on the system

- Performing physical inventory counts on a daily, quarterly and yearly basis and reporting of the results

- Creation of Outbound Shipment Documents   

- Confirming Outbound Shipment Documentation Accuracy
- Reviewing the shipment schedule with production and planning to ensure weekly shipment is on track

- Working as a back-up of Planning and Purchasing Specialists and doing their tasks as needed
- Able to work different hours / shifts if required
- Able to work overtime when requested
- Ad-Hoc duties as required
