Alumni Office Specialist

Özyeğin Üniversitesi

• Undergraduate degree,

• At least 3 years of experience,

• Good command of MS Office Programs, especially Excel 

• Advanced level of English,

• Preferably have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Essentials XRM,

• Strong teamwork competence,

• Good communication, high organizational skills,

• Good reporting skills,

• Not related to military service (For male candidates)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To ensure the continuity of communication with the alumni of the university,

• To carry out the operational processes of the events organized for alumnus,

• To make the information flow to the alumnus on any subject in a timely and accurate manner,

• To provide communication and coordination with the alumnus when the academic and administrative units of the university need it,

• Planning the activities that will take place online and on campus (Alumni Speaker, location, registration, catering, visual and audio promotion, registration, etc.)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with overlapping deadlines,

• To update the human resources database of graduates and to carry out improvements,

• To ensure that the alumnus are informed about the announcements of the institutions/businesses that request employment,

• To carry out daily operational works, to create an archiving system.
