GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be assigned as "Guest Relations Officer" in the Guest Relations department of our Sundia By Liberty Oludeniz;,

Required Skills; 

 To take the necessary actions to keep the guest satisfaction at the highest level within the framework of the rules of courtesy, during the service period of the guests and after their departure from the hotel.

 To ensure uninterrupted and strong communication between departments in order to meet the demands and complaints of the guests and to ensure guest satisfaction, to work in cooperation with the departments.

 Welcoming the repeat guests and VIP guests, staying in touch during their stay. To follow up their satisfaction during and after their stay.

Required Qualifications:

 Graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management departments of the Vocational School or Universities,

 Knowing the operation of the Front Office Department,

 To be very good in written and spoken English communication,

 Able to use Ms Office programs,

 Aiming to always improve the service quality,

 Has strong communication

 Analytical thinking and high negotiation skills,

 Result oriented and visionary

 likes problem solving

 Adopting a friendly service approach,

 Likes to work in a team

 Respecting the privacy of the guests,

Criteria For The Candidate Who Wants To Work:

Education Level: Associate Degree Graduate or Associate Degree Student, University Graduate or University Student

Foreign Language: English(Reading: Good, Writing: Good, Speaking: Good)
