Quality Assurance Deputy Manager (Switchgear)

This position has the responsibility to manage Quality Assurance  for the Panasonic Low Voltage Switchgear Products & Production and provide solutions business on a global basis. Performance of these duties requires a substantial amount of flexibility to work in a matrix structure as well as direct interaction with the customers & suppliers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• At least 5 years  experience in quality engineering, design engineering or manufacturing.
• Knowledge on Low Voltage Switchgears products, and/or solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Practical & technical knowledge for material and production processes and supplier qualification
• Market awareness and understanding of multi-cultural environments.
• Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
• Valid driving license
• No restriction for travelling

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring the quality of the product design, manufacturing, application engineering services / solutions provided to the customers.              
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure reliability of control processes, proper function of all control equipment and prepare & maintain applicable records.
• Monitoring production departments, vendors & sub-contractors in terms of quality reliability with monthly KPI’s.
• Assist in development of short and long term quality goals and objectives
• Plan, define, monitor and improve the quality goals and targets for product and solutions.
• Act with a sense of urgency to resolve any quality issue, identify and implement the corrective/preventive actions in a timely manner.
• Ensure that product/ solution Quality and Reliability needs of the marketplace are properly identified, defined, and implemented in new products.
• Play an approver responsibility on the quality and reliability of the new product design projects.
