QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering  or Electrical Engineering,

·       Preferably to be grown in the field of electronic and wiring devices, KNX, building automation industry,

·       At least 2 years experience in quality engineering, (production process or usage areas)

·       Good command of written and spoken English,

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills,

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, (especially Excel)

·       Prefably living in Istanbul- Anatolian side,

·       B driver's license and active driving,

·       No travel restriction in Turkey,

·       No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Tracking customer complaints about products on CRM,

·       Communicating with customers and providing technical support for the products used by visiting the site.

·       Following and closing CRM records according to the received product complaint.

·       Corresponding with internal and external customers and producers about the products and analyzing the root causes of problems.

·       Taking an active role in supplier audits,

·       Providing communication within the company by analyzing supplier and customer outputs.

·       Preparing and presenting reports on complaints.

·       Taking part in engineering studies within the department when necessary.

·       Ensuring continuous improvement of quality methods and contributing to the implementation process
