QUALIFICATIONS

·       BS/MS degree in Engineering, (preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields)

·       3 years of experience in Supply Chain of a multinational company,

(Preferably Electronics and Wiring devices, Building automation industry experience)

·       Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Control concepts and tools, (Finished good planning, MRP, Inventory and Stock Control, Resource and Capacity Planning etc.)

·       Preferably proficient in ERP applications, (Oracle user experience is a plus)

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, (especially Excel)

·       Good command of written and spoken English,

·       Strong analytical and reporting skills, being eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented is essential,

·       Having proactive problem solving skills and self motivated approach to issues,

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization,

·       Design change driven change management coordination and transition strategy skills , product or supply change transition experience,

·       Project Management experience esspecially in process change management,

·       Knowledge and experience in electronic products and components production and supply chain, 

·       Preferably experienced in injection machine planning,

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Develops mid and long term production plans as part of the integrated supply planning cycle,

·       Evaluates material requirements plan weekly and daily to sustain production plan,

·       Works closely and collaboratively with demand planning, production planning and purchasing teams to ensure product and subcomponents production plan realizaton on time, and manage optimum stock levels at all stock levels,

·       Follows up daily production to ensure on-time delivery,

·       Defines and manages the optimum level of material safety stocks in line with the business need,

·       Liaises between sales, purchasing and operations - provide information on a timely basis,

·       Participating design change meetings and timely execution of design change transition with minimum loss,

·       Communicates  with appropriate management in case of unbalanced  capacity and demand cases,

·       Analyzes inventory target discrepancies, manages material flow to meet inventory targets, execution of measures for slow moving reduction and prevention,

·       Teams up with others in projects and case studies to generate new ideas and making contributions to Planning KPI’s by improving planning and control methods,

·       Project Management for all new R&D projects in pre-serial production phase,

·       Design change meetings and execution lead for Mechanics & Electronics,

·       Task coordination and activity scheduling along with all parties,

·       Insourcing and outsourcing of Production and SCM process transition management,

·       Minimize the design change and new products transition losses,

·       New process design along with SCM development section,

·       Master governance Support,

·       Feasibility analysis for execution phase of production processes,
