PAPİLON SAVUNMA TEKNOLOJİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

Papilon is a company that develops biometric security systems, primarily fingerprint, face and iris recognition, with its qualified knowledge and experience gained over 10 years, produces its own technology and is the " Biometrics Technology Center" of Turkey with its active R&D and innovation studies.

We are looking for a  Solution Architect to take part in the new technologies we are developing in our domestic and international projects, depending on our R&D and Innovation center.

Position: Full Time

·       BSc., MSc. or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience,

·       Minimum 5 years' experience in designing, engineering and implementation of software applications and solutions for industries.

Job Description:

·       Design and develop product-specific software solutions and applications in Biometrics, AI and ML,

·       Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation,

·       Reviews business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution,

·       Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards and procedures,

·       Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership,

·       Test and validate the proof of concepts together with engineering teams and customers for the best optimal solutions and configurations,

·       Produce high quality and innovative deliverables for our customers,

·       Conform to Papilon processes, quality standards and guidelines.

Qualifications / Skills:

·       Proven skills and experience in requirements analysis, solution design, prototyping, testing, up-scaling and deployment of Professional commercial projects in diverse industries (Banking, Security etc.),

·       Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks(like Keras or PyTorch) , libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture,

·       Proficiency with OpenCV,

·       Proven skills and experience in latest IoT/Edge/Cloud-based application development technologies ( i.e. Java Spring, Angular js, Node js, React js, HTML5, CSS3, etc. ) is a must,

·       Hands-on experience in designing and developing software applications for cloud and IoT platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or IBM etc. ) is a plus,

·       Experience in streaming technologies ( i.e. Kafka, Spark, OLAP/NoSQL Databases) is a plus,    

·       Experience in designing and developing responsive UI applications for web and mobile platforms is a plus,

·       Experience in integrating back-end web services is a plus,

·       Proven skills in web/cloud and mobile application development for Data Analytics, AI, ML-based solutions is a plus,

·       Very good command of English.
