QUALIFICATIONS:

The Successful Applicant

  •  Involvement in a similar role in operations is necessary, but this positon may be a     growth from your current one.
  •  Minimum 5-6 years of total work experience is necessary, but does not have to be   related to the HORECA market.
  •  Ability to read architectural projects.
  •  Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  •  Experience with ERP & CRM systems is an asset (Canias, Salesforce experience is a plus).

Equally as important is the candidate's personality:

  •  Analytical, detail oriented, systematic, and a naturally positive individual, keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.
  • Good team player, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Other key requirements include:

  •  University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior   Design/Architecture or Business Administration/Management required.
  •  Good command of English
  •  Computer skills - being adept with MS Office and CRM software.
  •  Strong organization, planning, and coordination skills
  •  Must to be free to travel.
  •  Having participated in international sales and export processes is a plus. 

Job Description

We are looking for someone systematic, detail oriented, and attentive who can be the key node between the Operations Department connecting everything with the Sales Team.

You will be responsible for making sure that offer/quotation requests by the sales teams are submitted properly, processed through pricing, developed into an offer, and submitted back to the sales teams in a timely fashion.

You will also be ensuring that the necessary reports are submitted from the sales teams, and with an attentive eye you will ensure that if there is anything missing, they are completed before the deadlines. You will be setting up and monitoring alert systems to ensure that the whole pre and post sales processes are running smoothly. Whilst supporting generally the overall sales operations workflow where needed, you are also ensuring that post-sales shipment and services reporting and processes are followed through. You will be doing these tasks in coordination with the Operations Team and Account Managers in Sales.
