Reservation Supervisor

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Reservations Supervisor oversee the Turkey and Northern Cyprus Reservations team and provides support and managerial assistance to the relevant teams for the successful management of the reservations function at the Purchasing & Reservation Team at PEAK DMC Istanbul.

This includes ensuring the accuracy of reservations sent to suppliers and in a timely manner, dealing with customer service queries and on spot issues in a timely manner and champion customer service culture within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Understanding of the nature of DMC business. PEAK DMC Istanbul product knowledge is advantageous

Proven experience in Reservations

Proven experience in Customer service

Experience in analysis and creating reports

Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and travel reservations systems

Good English skills
