Now, we are seeking Flight Dispatcher Trainees to join our team! 

• Bachelor degree of Meteorological Engineering from reputable universities 
• Fluency in English (Minimum requirements are listed below) 

          -YDS/ÜDS/KPDS minimum score of 60
          -IELTS minimum score of 5
          -TOEFL-IBT minimum score of 72 

• 21 years of age or above,
• New graduate or at maximum 2 year of experience 
• The Flight Dispatch Trainee should not have any health problems that may prevent the fulfillment of their duties as a result of the examination carried out in the Aviation Medical Centers authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation
• Military obligation must be completed or deferred for at least 2 year (until 01.06.2021)
• Preferably located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul, 
• Great interest in aviation! 

Recruitment Process; 

1. Eligibility check via delivered documents 
2. The Process Introductory Presentation and an Aptitude Test
3. Personality Inventory
4. Committee Interviews

 At the end of the program successful trainees will be licensed as Flight Dispatcher issued by Turkish DGCA.
