Now, we are seeking Compliance Monitoring Technical Senior Engineer to join our team! 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering prefarably Electrical, Electronical, Industrial, Mechanical to monitor engineering activities
• 5+ years work experience in similar position 
• Knowledge and experience in aircraft systems is preferred
• Responsible, prone to teamwork,  open to continuous improvement and Able to take initiative if necessary
• Analytical thinking, data management and its presenting to management and also problem solving skills
• Highly motivated, caring and attentive to details
• Able to work online without distraction, time or place limitaton
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Turkish
• No military obligation or at least 2 years of deferral for male candidates
• Preferably residing in Asian side of İstanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Revise the audit plan and update it and send it to DGCA every 1-3 months (when necessary)
• Performing scheduled and unplanned audits (including NDT audits)
• Managing the MEDA process. First evaluation of MEDA issues and working with MEDA coordinator after DGM notification and RBO (RISK BASED OVERSIGHT) evaluations
• Coordination and realization of the training part LAI meetings and preparation and coordination of preparation presentations for the technical part SQRB and / or LAI meetings
• Management of finding responses as a result of DGCA, Customer, IMS and other authority audits (Root cause analysis, correcting and ensuring that corrective actions are completed)
• Participation in risk studies within the scope of Management of Change studies and interpretation in terms of Technical Quality
• Form-procedure-instruction etc. of other departments. evaluation and approval of publications in terms of technical quality
• Approximately once a week to be on duty on behalf of Technical Quality and to be available when there is a 24/7 support request
• Line Maintenance Station Authorities Manage the process of granting Temporary Line Maintenance Station Authorizations (DGCA notifications, documentation controls
• Follow-up of the management process of Airworthiness Review findings and writing procedures, instructions, if necessary, creating and publishing forms
•  Monitoring of incoming and outgoing correspondence of the DGCA, transferring them to the system, publishing them to the relevant departments and ensuring the immediate response
• Internal evaluation of the regulations issued by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and other authorities (EASA etc.), compliance with the company and coordination with other departments
• Maintenance Program, MEL etc. to ensure approval by conducting document reviews
