Now, we are seeking a Digital Channel Management – Campaign Specialist to join our team!

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implementing the communication plan on campaign days from web and mobile channels
  • Announcing digital programs and promotions through digital channels such as mailing, push etc. to increase digital sales.
  • Track and manage failures in the IT department and operational process.
  • Ensuring quality assurance for all digital communication channels in testing, preparation and live environments.
  • Working together with internal partners and agencies to develop digital channel communication plan and contents.
  • Functional and content development of digital sales channels & improving online customer experience
  • Digital communication and management of web & mobile agencies.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from Business or Engineering departments of universities,
  • New graduated preferably has long term e-commerce internship experience,
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving and analysis skills,
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
  • Aware of digital trends and following innovations
  • No military obligation or at least 2 years of deferral for male candidates.
  • Preferably residing in Asian side of İstanbul
