Now, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst-Commerce to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineerign, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields are preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with high volume platforms and integrations
• Able to create complex technical and functional user documentation
• Making Wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Blue Prints
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
• Experienced in Soap UI or Postman Applications
• Experienced in Web Services and XML
• Experience in aviation or different Web Service integrations
• Being familiar with ITIL and Project Management principles is a plus
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identifies detailed business requirements, designs solutions according to usability and accessibility, writes analysis and test cases documents
• Meets with internal and external customers to discuss the needs and translate them into specific requirements and subsequent project objectives
• To provide support to our internal and external customers on integration
• Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies
• Leading and participating in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs
• Leading product ownership of travel agencies, Creating and developing the product backlog
• Experience of defining product vision and strategy through research and doing benchmarks
• Planning & designing business process tests and usability evaluations
