Now, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst-CRM to join our team! 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related departments
• 4 + years of experience as Business Analyst (Experience in project management is a plus)
• Experience on one or more of the following CRM areas: customer care, marketing, loyalty, sales
• Able to create complex technical and functional user documentation
• Basic experince in UML modeling language
• Preparing user acceptance test cases documents, making wireframes, data flow diagrams
• Excellent command in English
• Ability to manage effective relationships and handle pressure 
• Excellent planning, organising, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the relationship with the Business units to channel all their IT needs
• Responsible for the business and technical analysis of the CRM processes 
• Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios
• Responsible for the Delivery of all IT CRM Solutions and Services to Business
• Manage the change requests during the project implementation
• Manage the support process after Project implementation
• Participate in the process for estimating and planning a project
• Prepare the documentation required to implement a project
• Responsible for the vendor management if the solution requires outsource efforts
