Now, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team! 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, MIS or related fields.
• Having at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst 
• Preferably have knowledge in ground operation,planning system,DCS systems,catering systems
• Understands of Project Management discipline,
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Good problem solving and communication skills,
• Good command in English,
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
• Residing in Asian side of İstanbul.
  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the services related to Aviation Operations or Aviation Planning Systems under Operation Solutions Directorate

• Identifying the needs of stakeholders, business analysis, designing application function requirements, and designing application screens,
• Creation of test scenarios for acceptance tests of applications to be developed / provided,
• Application of acceptance tests and reporting of test results,
• Change management of applications in production environment,
• Provides support to users related to the applications in production environment and to provide second level support service to problems
• Taking part in projects and other initiatives to be carried out in the field of expertise,
