Now, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Sales & Pricing to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree Management Information System, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related fields are preferred
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Analyst/ Product Owner and/or Project Manager
• Experience in e-commerce and product development is a plus
• Experience with high volume platforms and integrations
• Able to create complex technical and functional requirements documentation
• Knowing IT Architecture, Integration layers and protocols like SOAP and REST
• Knowing Agile/Scrum principles, being familiar with ITIL and Project Management
• Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in dealing with remote colleagues
• Strong drive to achieve the best results in line with internal or external standards of excellence
• Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build and ship new features with an eye for quality on Reservation System developments at Pegasus and giving post-launch care
• Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with product strategy and goals
• Own the roadmap, the quarterly planning, and prioritization and third party integrations within our platform
• Analyze technical needs and trace all development processes, achieve time-to-market and quality
• Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies
• Identify detailed business requirements, designs solutions according to usability and accessibility, write analysis and test case documents
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders (ex. Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Legal), external partners and development teams
• Initiatives may include building infrastructure for new features and collaborations, solving complex pricing and product challenges, implementing new technologies, etc.
