Now, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Speacialist to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience of talent acquisition, sourcing and recruiting
• Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, and who wants to continue to learn and help drive Pegasus recruitment team forward for the future
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
• Self-motivated, strong time management, planning, high attention to details, and organization skills
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side
• No military obligation for male candidates

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing end to end recruitment processes including search, mapping and candidate relations management activities for all level of positions
• Ensuring the strong stakeholder management with internal and external parties such as business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs
• Coordinate the HQ & Mass recruitment processes
• Designing new processes by following the recruitment and onboarding needs
