Penta Teknoloji Ürünleri Dağıtım Ticaret A.Ş. as one of the leading IT distributors and a part of Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for a “Business Development Specialist” for its Sales and Marketing team.

Job Description:

•  Assist analyzing new business opportunities in line with the corporate goals and strategy, preparing relevant reports and business plans
  
• Examine & analyze related data of the Sales & Marketing department
• Support development of effective business performance management systems
• Provide alignment of Sales & Marketing processes, coordination of the team and ensure internal communication
• Collaborate and follow-up the joint projects of Sales & Marketing and support departments
• Execute the preparation of management presentations in cooperation with relevant departments
• Support interdepartmental managerial projects

Qualifications:

• BSc, BA, or MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (June 2021 graduates are also welcomed to apply)
  
• Maximum 2 years of relevant professional work experience i.e. planning, strategy, business development and so on.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills & sense of pragmatic analysis
• Being a self-starter with problem solving skills
• Ambitious, having strong work ethic, and being open to new ideas and processes
• Result-oriented, committed, and motivated
• Convincing personality and communication skills
• Preferably having financial background or financial mindset
