We as recruitment consultant of Kopaş Kozmetik, are looking for a 'Marketing Manager' having responsibility on DALİN as brand and product with other responsibilities written below , directly reporting to the Marketing Director. 

• Min.7 years experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or Cosmetics, 

• Bachelor's degree in BA / Marketing, 

• Experience in managing a diverse team, min. 3-4 years, 

• Experience managing external PR and communication agencies, 

• Project management skils with the ability to manage budgets and deadlines-and plan, achieve and evaluate results, 

• Strong analytical, project management and people management skills, 

• Flexible and able to change priorities, 

• Establishing a long-term vision for all marketing activities and developing an annual marketing plan to support the company's sales goals and market expansion goals, 

• Developing successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, 

• Guiding the day-to-day activites and projects of marketing team, ensuring that the marketing objectives are properly and timely reached, 

• Managing marketing programs to support product introductions and business development, 

• Managing product marketing, promotion and advertising programs and materials for specific customer market channels, 

• Directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, 

• Developing effective brand positioning by studying competitors, 

• Working closely with R&D team to develop new products, 

• Identifying the actual and potential competitors and evaluate their strategies, 

• Preparing the annual marketing strategies and plans for the foreign countries,
