We are looking for a "AR-GE Engineer" for our client, who works in the construction chemicals sector in Çorlu/Tekirdağ location with the following qualifications.

Skills:

· Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Bsc) (Master’s degree is an asset)

· Min 2 years experience in R&D or related department.

· Fluently spoken and written English

· Experience with the use of ERP programs.

· MS office programs knowledge 

· Good and effective organization skills,

Responsibilites:

· Developing new and/or existing products

· Making laboratory trials, follow whole project.

· Carrying out cost optimization studies

· Prepration of laboratory reports for the related projects.

· Preparing test plans according to project schedules, issue test reports and planning laboratory activities,

· Deal with the problems come across during the trials

· Following the patents, scientific documents and researches.

· Applying the relevant test standards and technological developments up-to-date

· Project follow up for the new regulatory subjects.

· Optimization about the internal processes and good cooperation with different departments (EHS, Production, Quality)

· Optimization of the pilot trials

· Following / learning and developing related tests standards,

· Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions

· Providing technical support to the sales department in customer negotiations and tender
