QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Thanks to our technological infrastructure, we support both our employee candidates and business partners during the selection and placement processes. In addition to our recruitment services, with our complementary services we also provide support in many other functions of human resources. We carry out employer regulations, basic procedures, orientation, performance evaluations, organizational designs and employee satisfaction work, when needed. We ensure that technical evaluations are carried out by technical managers in technology recruitment processes.

We are looking for a ''Corporate Sales Representative'' for our multinational client,whichoperates as a languageschool.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree from a reputable university
  • Very good English language skills
  • Having at least 2-4 years of B2B sales experience preferably with HR and training professionals
  • Ability to win and close new business deals starting from cold calling consistently
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage and plan his/her workload
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Having a driving license and active driver
  • No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 3 years


 Job Description:

  • Drive new business revenue by prospecting into focused companies
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries from prospects and existing customers
  • Add prospects and opportunities identified through research, calls and emails
  • Independently manage the entire sales process from initiation, close and onboarding
  • Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
  • Create client presentations, proposals, and client reports
  • Report weekly and monthly productivity to his/her manager
  • Management of the sales process, a complete understanding of the business, buying and decision-making process of prospects (mainly HR and training professionals from the corporations
